Hi guys

I have managed to wangle my zante fix (hubby off to Thailand) so myself and daughter will have 10 wonderful (men free) days on my favorite island Smiley Smiley Smiley

We usually stay at the Venus but I am looking for self-catering no further down than Heaven's Kitchen.  So can you do your majic and suggest places/and prices if known.  I was thinking of the Exotica, Dias Crunella etc.

Thanks guys  Wink (will start pricing flight now)

Ive got a spare flight ticket and self catering apartment if you wanna make up a threesome with my missus and its free, just pay for the name change for flight.
There is a slight condition, you have to persuade my missus to let me go with your hubby to thailand. Huh Shocked Smiley Wink

If you are near enough to Gatwick I would book with Easy Jet and then book direct with either Dias or Cronulla..you always hear good reports from both of them  Cool

There's the Dias, located just behind the Cronulla which has the benefit of a great taverna

I would strongly recommend the Cronulla, I've stayed there the past 7 years. Brilliant family-run hotel, really clean and friendly too. They have decided to include breakfast in the price this year aswell which is good!

Give Roby an email and she will give you any information you need and sort you out with a room if you want one Smiley

Ah, Dia's breakfasts are to die for! We have breakfast at Cronulla every morning - we tried a few others but nothing came close.  We'd stay there ourselves if they had apartments rather than studios (14 year old daughter a tad old to share a bedroom with mum and dad  Roll Eyes).

Thanks Guys - can always rely on you

Pete, I'm sure the missus feels like me and a holiday without the other half would be paradise.  Mark is going out for a 50th to Thailand with a right bunch - so maybe your calming presence would be welcome or would you be in the thick of it laugh laugh laugh

I'm leaning towards the Cronulla but I will em the Dias on Monday.  I trying to get 10days from Newcastle but it's the flight prices.

Will keep you posted

Im sure i would be a calming influence to them and would keep them on the straight and they would be kept from the narrow.if they are going to pataya,it is a wonderfull resort,i would describe it as a rugby teams dream away trip.As for me being in the thick of it,  Shocked i really dont know what you mean Huh Smiley Wink

You can get more info from their website here

http://cronullahotel.com/availability.htm

Safety deposit of €12 per week and Aircon €6 per day  Wink

We have booked the Cronulla for my daughters boyfriend and a couple of his mates.  I have to say Roby was very helpful and most efficient at replying to emails and sending information  Smiley

Thanks LFC4ever

Just when I thought I had everything sorted.  The other half has decided he wants to come Undecided Undecided Undecided

So I've posted on Tsvilli boards for suggestions as he fancies somewhere different.  But any help on any islands is much appreciated.

The thought of having to sort this all again is really making me depressed Sad Sad  I just want to get things booked and relax.

PS I do love him.........sometimes

Thanks bigPete, took me a while to get the joke  laugh laugh

Good news, flights booked for 11 nights, just me and the daughter, hurrrah.  Just waiting for Roby to reply at the Cronulla.  Unfortunatly the Venus was just too expensive this year.  But no doubt will be having a Donna special on the terrace and visiting Venus Kitchen.

Thanks again guys for all your help - knew you won't let me down Wink
