Paolo's grill house
« on: June 02, 2018, 05:38:11 pm »
Hi all

We've been regular visitors to Paolo's corner for a good while now so I'm wondering if anyone has paid their newly opened grill house a visit yet? We will but we'll have to wait till October.
Any comments would be welcome, info on new items on the menu and the like as I'm sure their friendly welcome will never change  :)

Cheers.           Tom and Rose

Friends of ours ate there on a Monday night just this week and we're very impressed, they said the steak served off the grill was huge and perfectly cooked.

Cheers Tony

We've had the steak before, most pleasant  :)

Anyone know if they've started doing "traditional" Greek dishes? Kleftiko, Stifado and the like. Not that they need to, can't remember ever having a bad meal at the corner. Love the panfull's  ;)

Cheers.            Tom and Rose

3 weeks on Monday and we'll be there but got a query about Paolo's grill house.
We're very familiar with the old menu but are wondering how often they do the pig, lamb, chicken or whatever on the spit roast? Have seen a picture of it but not been able to find any specific details. Is it a regular menu thing or a once a week special?
Cheers all for any further info. This holiday has been a long time coming. I know it's only last year but it always seems longer than that

Cheers.         Tom and Rose

The new Paulos Grill house was not open when we were there in the last two weeks. Only The regular Paulos was open.

Not to worry. Would have been nice to have tried some of the new things on the menu but there's nothing wrong with the original Paolo's.
Thanks for the post by the way  :)
