I read there was a programme on Chanel 5 last night about alykanas/alykes did anyone see? Is it worth watching?

Yes it’s included in “Drain the Oceans” a series exploring underwater remains and ruins. A few years ago apparent ruins were discovered just offshore in shallow waters off Alykanas. This programme does indeed show footage of Alykanas beach and the seabed there be it briefly in sections !!

Yes it’s included in “Drain the Oceans” a series exploring underwater remains and ruins. A few years ago apparent ruins were discovered just offshore in shallow waters off Alykanas. This programme does indeed show footage of Alykanas beach and the seabed there be it briefly in sections !!

They were found I think (or at least photographed) by Pavlos Voutos who runs Archontiko Villas in Katastastari. If you look at his website https://www.archontikovillas.com/ and click on "galleries" then "underwater" there are a couple of pictures of them among lots of other great stuff.
