holiday cancellation
« on: June 05, 2020, 10:57:29 am »
Yesterday found out our holiday on 29th June was canceled on Olympics website.  Sent them an email to ask for a refund this morning received email of Olympic saying someone will be in touch to discuss options and refund. That was  quick let's hope refund will be just as quick

Must be very disappointing although expected. Olympic is a good holiday company though so should be no problem getting your refund. On the whole I think most companies have been very understanding whether holiday company, car parking, unused rail tickets and even pet boarding. They all know this is inevitable and if they are reasonable then customers will rebook when they can.

We have booked with Olympic for a good few years now And never had a problem with them. I'd rebook for next year but we book flight times if flights are early we dont book them we like to have a nights sleep before we go so we can enjoy our day & night without being tired. So will wait till next year to book holiday
