Plaka is a brilliant place to spend the day, so peaceful and a great beach.  Its easy to find once you turn off the main road - just follow the signs to st nicks and the you'll see the Plaka signs.

think the bus stops up on the main road at the the turning to st nicks - its where the taxis wait,  its only a short walk from there.
